App Gamification

The intent of the app is to make it a part of many MSCA events. Which means it will be commonplace for attendees to look for their favorite vendors on the maps. The utilization of gamification will incentivize users to come to your booths.

Why Gamify?

We recommend everyone participate in the Main Street App Gamification by at a minimum, purchasing the QR code for only $20. We will be advertising regarding the game event attendees can play, they will win points by going to the booths with QR codes. The attendees will be winning prizes based on how many points they have at the end of the event. We don’t want people skipping over your booth because you aren’t part of the gamification of the app.

If you choose to partake in the gamification we recommend dedicating someone in your vendor booth to handling the QR code customers. To better utilize the influx of people coming to your booth participating in the game to further market your products to them. This ensures that they will come in to communicate with you and provide you the opportunity to pitch your products and/or info instead of them just scanning and moving on. The goal of implementation of the App is to both provide the vendors with additional opportunities for sales and connections as well as a user friendly way for event patrons to discover all our vendors have to offer.

You may not sell or give away ANY food or beverage item (even cottage foods). Information and merchandise vendors may only give away merch, promotional literature, or offer interactive/customer participation experiences (ex. photo booth). *I've read and agree to this policy.

Food Vendors must submit proof of liability insurance (COI) which must specify this event and include the City of Crestview & Main Street Crestview Association as insured parties by ...
